For purchases in the UK but off the mainland i.e. Jersey, Guernsey, Highlands etc. Postage remains free if the default postage option is a Royal Mail service. Should the postage option be another courier then additional postage fees will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery will be made to the address specified in your ebay order. Any errors in the information held by ebay or PayPal is beyond our control, and we cannot offer any refunds or replacements due to items being sent to the incorrect address on these services.

We will take every reasonable step to deliver your order to you within a reasonable time. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather conditions).

You will become the legal owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once the Products have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we shall not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returns

If you change your mind

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 30 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost of the return postage. The item should be unworn, undamaged and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via your original payment method.

Faulty goods on arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original packaging, when possible, with a copy of original documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.

Damaged in transit

If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a refunded issued via your original payment method.

Faulty items warranty period

If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty period it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair or exchange of goods will be issued.

Notes:

  • Returns take approximately 1-5 business days to process upon receipt of the item.
  • We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items during their return.
  • Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning the item unless the issue is our fault in which case, we will cover the costs.

1.1 Motoworld.ie Delivery Charge as advised in our delivery section will be applicable. If you request delivery to remote areas which are not normally delivered to by Motoworld.ie you will be advised of any additional charges as soon as possible after receipt of your Order Form. Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas – where possible we will advise you of these restrictions when you place your order. We will process Order Forms received on Sundays or Public Holidays on the next working day. We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays. Orders submitted in advance of such days will be delivered on the day prior but in the case where this proves impractical we will deliver the Motoworld.ie Product you request on the next working day.

1.2 Incorrect personal details may lead to problems or delays in delivery, so before placing your order, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered. 1.3 Certain products may be delivered during a delivery period, providing delivery within a time frame around your preferred delivery date – if this is the case for your order, we will advise you after you have completed your order form.

1.4 Delivery Charges. Where more than one attempt to complete delivery is necessary, because of any inadequacy in the information provided for delivery purposes or where the recipient was unavailable to accept delivery, the delivery charge portion of an order may be charged again, using the payment details provided with your original order.

A notification of the charges will be sent by email to the email address provided as part of the order process.
