Stocked parts returned for credit due to a mistake on the part of the customer will incur an admin fee of 15%.
Non stock items cannot be returned for credit as suppliers will not accept returned items.
Electrical parts cannot be returned under any circumstance.
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
What happens if goods arrive damaged?
Once you receive your item, please inspect all items thoroughly before signing. Please check for any signs of damage. In the unfortunate circumstances you receive damaged or missing items, you must either refuse the delivery or ensure it is noted on the courier’s paperwork.
You must then inform MotoWorld in writing within 3 working days of the delivery, otherwise, MotoWorld cannot accept liability. No claims concerning damaged or broken items can be made after the courier has left the delivery address unless they have been signed for as “damaged”.
